A legal separation can be obtained by parties if they agree on all terms pertaining to spousal support, division of assets and debts, and custody of any minor children.

A legal separation can be finalized usually within sixty (60) days after the filing of the paperwork with the Court. The parties will need to enter into written agreements prior to filing any paperwork.
