ASSET & DEBT DIVISION

QUICK CONTACT

Success! Message received.

When a marriage is terminated, the assets and debts of the parties must be valued and divided, the Court will look at any asset or debt that was incurred after the date of marriage as marital property.

Marital property is usually divided evenly between the parties no matter whose name is on the asset or liability.
