Lindsey Neyra Philp is a trained Guardian Ad Litem (GAL). She can be appointed by the parties in a pending divorce or custody action or can be appointed by the Court. A GAL is an attorney for the child and does not represent either parent.

After a thorough evaluation of the case, a GAL will make a written recommendation as to the best interests of the child.
